Terms of Service
Last updated 24 May 2026
These terms govern your use of Couply Calendar. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Couply Calendar (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The Service
Couply provides a shared, read-only snapshot of connected calendars plus tools for couples and families such as day statuses, shared lists, notes, meal plans and reminders. Features may change as we improve the product.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. Accounts and pairing
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Pairing with a partner shares your chosen snapshot with them; only pair with someone you trust. Either partner can unpair at any time.
5. Calendar connections
When you connect a calendar, you authorise Couply to read it on a read-only basis to provide the Service. You can disconnect at any time from Couply and revoke access from your calendar provider's account settings. You must only connect calendars you have the right to connect.
6. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service unlawfully or to harm others.
- Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Don't connect calendars or share data you have no right to.
7. Plans, billing and trials
- Couply has a Free plan and a paid plan, Couply Plus.
- One Couply Plus subscription covers your couple — your paired partner does not need to pay separately.
- Paid plans renew automatically for the period you choose (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. Calendar data is supplied by third-party providers and may be delayed or incomplete; you shouldn't rely on Couply as the sole source of truth for critical plans. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Couply is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed events, scheduling errors or data supplied by third-party calendar providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless local law gives you other mandatory rights.
